I agreed to purchase the GaiaNutriments Garcinia Cambogia 60 capsules because I always wanted to test the effectiveness of this product. So I asked my husband to give it a try. He took them as directed on a daily bases. He noticed a decrease in his desire to snack and some shrinkage around his waist line. He plans to continue his daily routine until he achieves his wait lose goal. I was a little worried, the product would not be as effective because the HCA level per dosage is 60%.
